Little Sister goes to the ball....

Last year my sister asked me to do photos of her and her friends while they look all beautiful for the Fireman's ball, last year we had all of 20 mins to do so this year she PROMISED me more than that, so we had 30 mins!! LOL. Well in that time frame this is what we got, after seeing these beautiful ladies I am planning a photo shoot with them in mind!! Stay tuned for those I need snow on the ground first!!

I was contacted my Lindsay a LOOOOOOONG time ago to do baby photos when she eventually had him. Well he came very early so we tried to set something up but with my illness and her hubbys work schedule we finally got to it 6 months later :) Here are a couple of favorites for right now. So being Thanksgiving monday I had some time on my hands to doa shoot, clean out my computer and play around with a wedding I did last month. Here are some fun ones I played around with.

I was contacted by Angela two weeks out from her daughter and future son in laws wedding to see if I was available. I was and was very excited to head out to Prince George to shoot their ceremony and formals! It was a beautiful day minus the quick rain shower. But it let us use the umbrellas they bought!! I was contacted by sam a while ago to do some family photos as they had just gone to wedding and had all their formal wear available and wanted some pics!! So we headed down to a new favorite spot and got some great photos!! I cannot wait to take my kids there to do some photos!!

Riley First day of School!!

Well my baby is off to preschool finally. He could have gone last year but he was not ready, so he did some summer classes and loved it :) Here are some pics of my ham of a little man. Love you ry, stop growing up so fast.

Last wedding and it was warm and beautiful!! Not my usual wedding as it was just a short one but still had the best light to do photos with. Im thinking a 4pm ceremony is perfect so we do pics around 5 or 6!! Enjoy and cannot wait to post them all, these are just a couple of favorites.

After the amazing e-shoot I had with these two I knew their wedding would fall nothing short of Awesome!! And it was just that!! Besides the pouring rain and having to do family photos indoors, we still lucked out for formals and got no rain. Cannot wait to post the rest of them next week!!

Baby Emma

I had the pleasure of shooting baby emma a while back. Our first session didnt go as hoped as she didnt want to sleep, but we still managed to get some cute pics, and then our second session I had Melissa call me when she put emma down for a nap so we could get her while she was deep asleep for some posed pictures. Well.....baby emma decided she didnt want to be man handled in any way and wasnt going to pose for us, she had her own agenda :) Which we worked around and still got one kinda posed shot for her portfolio.

Tasha & Korgae Wedding

Ah a beautiful bride and a handsome groom, what more could I have asked for. An amazing venue!!! I was so excited to drive up and see where the wedding was talking place I almost cried. I had such an amazing time with this couple and their family, it also helps I have known tasha for years....but still it was one of the best weddings to date! Thank you guys.

A sunny day for a photo shoot

Summer has finally arrived and along with weddings, babies are being born and I am crazy busy with those shoots now too!! Today I had a beautiful baby girl come today to have her session and my luck with babies they never sleep. And sure enough baby Emma did not sleep :( Managed to get a really great shot still and we are going to do more in the comforts of her own home when she falls fast asleep!! But before she came over my kids decided to want a photo taken of them so here is one of each from their mini shoot. See how different each one is, one is a ham the other an actress!!

Fireworks!!!

WOW so when Britt told me she was getting married during the celebration of light on a cruise ship I was excited but really nervous as I have never even attempted fireworks before. So I read up on how to and pretty much it all said trial and error......great!!! But I am excited when I offloaded and saw these!!! YAY!!!

Britt Getting Ready Sneak Peeks

I was contacted by Britt last year to see if I could shoot her wedding as I came recommended from her sister who worked for us. Of course I said yes as she was getting married on a dinner cruise ship during the fireworks down in Vancouver!!! I had the joy of having a wonderful friend Melinda accompany me on this adventure and we headed off to Vancouver for the day. Took a cab to the place we were supposed to meet the bridal party and we saw no salon in sight. So i quickly called the sister of the bride and asked if I was in the right place and we were. It was in a professional photographers studio!!! Kinda weird but amazing as the lighting was flawless!! As you will see by the pics we had a bit too much fun with her shoes!!!

Tasha Sneek Peek.

Me and my husband used to work with Tasha years ago, had many laughs and probably the best place to work at that time. I got an email from her on facebook saying she was getting married and if I would like to photograph the wedding!! Um of course she is one of the most beautiful people I know both inside beauty as well as outside beauty!! So I was super excited and had my husband come shoot with me. We pulled up to their house and saw the venue(the backyard) and was gobsmacked it was gorgeous!! Went into the house and was super excited that they had it set up beautifully for getting ready pictures...yay!!! So here are some getting ready pics, there are about 200 getting ready ones so I will not post them all, these are just some of my favorites.
And here are a few shots that I fell in love with. The love you see in these guys eyes for each other is amazing!! I cannot wait to post them all!!!

I was contacted by Tina a couple months back about doing an E-shoot for them as they had been transferred to Hazelton with the RCMP. Of course I said yes as E-shoots are one of my favorite shoots to do. They had these two amazing spots chosen and when we pulled up to the first spot I was in love!! And then when we went to the second spot I found my trash the dress location!!! It was perfect moody and beautiful!!! Here are two of my favorites one from each spot!! More will follow of course!!
